NOVELTY - Lithium air battery high activity catalyst comprises manganese (Mn)-nickel (Ni) as active material and graphene as carrier. It comprises 5-25 mass% Mn, 3-6 mass% Ni, and balance graphene. USE - Lithium air battery high activity catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The high activity catalyst has good charging and discharging efficiency and cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lithium air battery high activity catalyst comprising uniformly mixing manganese nitrate (Mn(NO3)2) and graphene for 10-30 minutes at 300-600 degrees C to obtain Mn/carbon (C) catalyst, uniformly mixing with nickel nitrate (Ni(NO3)2), and roasting for 10-30 minutes at 300-600 degrees C to obtain Pb (sic)-Mn/C catalyst.
