▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Oil dispersant is a titanium dioxide-allolide-hydrophobic porous carboxymethyl cellulose composite material, and a nano-silver and a graphene are loaded on the matrix of the dispersant. USE - Oil dispersant. ADVANTAGE - The oil dispersant realizes adsorption and degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons in water and heavy metal ions, and has light weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing oil dispersant, which involves: (A) mixing butyl titanate, halloysite powder, hydrophobic porous carboxymethyl cellulose, anhydrous ethanol, and toluene in mass ratios to obtain solution A; (B) mixing dry ethanol, 0.5-1.5 mol/l ice acetic acid and water in a mass ratio to prepare solution B; (C) subjecting solution A to ultrasonic vibration at 53-57 degrees C followed by adding solution B dropwise; (D) adding 0.02-0.03 sodium bicarbonate powder and the prepared solution A with stirring for 0.5-1 hour to obtain a sol; (E) adding silver nitrate and graphene to the prepared sol solution; (F) adding nitric acid solution dropwise to the sol solution at 48-52 degrees C; (G) washinh the unsolubilized material with the sol liquid; (H) adding butyl titanate and butyl titanate to the sol solution under stirring; (I) adding walnut shell powder and sodium hydroxide solution to obtain silver-carried sol; (J) aging the silver-loaded sol solution at room temperature for 28-40 hours; (K) adding n-hexane to the obtained silver-loaded sol solution for solvent displacement for 30-60 hours; (L) separating and removing n-hexane to obtain a silver-loaded gel by using an organic silicon compound and n-hexane; and (M) modifying the mixed solution hydrophobically to obtain the dispersant.
