▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detecting phospholipase A2 based on colorimetric principle comprises (i) preparing at least five concentrations of phospholipase A2 aqueous solution, (ii) drawing standard curve according to absorbance value measured in step (i) and concentration of phospholipase A2 aqueous solution, (iii) mixing sample to be tested with liposome coated with graphene quantum dots and react in water bath, obtaining concentration and/or content of solution to be tested, (iv) preparing at least five concentrations of phospholipase A2 aqueous solution, (v) passing color image obtained in step (iv) through image pre-processing module in smart phone detection system, (vi) obtaining relationship curve through color analysis module in smart phone detection system according to average value of color components and concentration of phospholipase A2 aqueous solution obtained in step (v), and (vii) adding liposomes coated with graphene quantum dots to sample to be tested. USE - The method is useful for detecting phospholipase A2 based on colorimetric principle. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the sensitive, accurate, convenient and visual detection of phospholipase A2.
