NOVELTY - A heat-resistant waste tire rubber powder modified bamboo fiber board comprises 162-164 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 16.2-16.7 pts. wt. soybean separated protein, 1.5-1.6 pts. wt. preservative, 7-8 pts. wt. waste tire rubber powder, 2-3 pts. wt. carboxy graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. polyurethane emulsion, 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. cashew nut shell oil, 1-2 pts. wt. bamboo coal micropowder, and balance 0.2% sodium hydroxide solution. USE - Heat-resistant waste tire rubber powder modified bamboo fiber board used for furniture. ADVANTAGE - The board has good hydrophobicity and high toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of heat-resistant waste tire rubber powder modified bamboo fiber board comprising taking waste tire rubber powder of 200 mesh, adding 3-4 pts. wt. of 0.2% sodium hydroxide solution, stirring at 50-52 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, UV ray aging at irradiating strength of 0.77 W/m3 for 8-9 hours, condensing at 38-40 degrees C for 3.5-4 hours, circulation processing, adding polyurethane emulsion and bamboo coal micropowder, mixing to obtain modified rubber powder, taking 159-162 pts. wt. of 0.2% sodium hydroxide solution, soybean separated protein, carboxy graphene, cashew nut shell oil and preservative, stirring for 30-40 minutes, adding modified rubber powder, continuously stirring for 1.6-2 hours, adding adhesive and remaining components, stirring for 15-17 minutes, regulating water content at 34-34.4%, spreading, hot-pressing at 166-168 degrees C for 7.5-7.8 minutes and forming to obtain finished product.
