▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide-polyhydroquinone composite electrode comprises (i) preparing aqueous solution containing 0-8 mg/ml graphene oxide, quinhydrone and sodium hydroxide as plating solution, the concentration of quinhydrone is 0.1-4 mg/ml, and the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 0.01-0.4 mol/l, (ii) adding metal working electrode and platinum electrode into plating solution, using the metal working electrode as the anode to pass in high-density direct current, the current density of the electrode surface is 4-50 mA/cm2, so that a large amount of oxygen bubbles are generated on the surface of the metal working electrode, and obtaining metal working electrode with a purple-black gel film deposited on the surface, (iii) rinsing the metal working electrode with ultrapure water and placing in a sealed polytetrafluoroethylene container for heating, and (iv) placing the electrode in dilute hydrochloric acid solution, ultrapure water and ethanol solution to wash. USE - The electrode is useful for sensing and electrolyzing water to produce hydrogen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode is a functional electrode and simple to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for reduced graphene oxide-polyhydroquinone composite electrode prepared by the above method.
