NOVELTY - Preparation of nano silver/graphene/P25 composite material involves adding graphene oxide into a mixed solution of water and organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding silver nitrate aqueous solution into obtained dispersion (A), magnetically stirring the mixture, adding P25-type powder into obtained nano silver/graphene oxide solution (B), stirring, reacting obtained nano silver/graphene oxide/P25 aqueous/organic solvent solution in an oil bath, cooling the reaction mixture to room temperature, filtering, washing, and vacuum-drying obtained material. USE - Preparation of composite material used for photocatalytic degradation of organic compound, and photocatalytic cracking of water for producing hydrogen. ADVANTAGE - The nano silver/graphene/P25 composite material is economically manufactured under mild conditions by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nano silver/graphene/P25 composite material involves adding graphene oxide into a mixed solution of water and organic solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain brown transparent and uniform dispersion (A) with concentration of 0.2-0.25 mg/mL, adding silver nitrate aqueous solution into the dispersion (A), and magnetically stirring the mixture to obtain nano silver/graphene oxide solution (B), then adding P25-type powder into solution (B), continuously stirring, refluxing and reacting obtained nano silver/graphene oxide/P25 aqueous/organic solvent solution at 100-150 degrees C for 10 hours in an oil bath, cooling the reaction mixture to room temperature, filtering, washing, and vacuum-drying obtained material. The mass ratio of silver nitrate, graphene oxide, and P25-type powder is 0.3:1:20-2:1:400.
