NOVELTY - A porous nano nickel oxide/graphene composite electrode material comprises nano nickel oxide and reductive oxidizing graphite in a mass ratio of 1:(1-100), where average particle diameter of the material is 2-65 nm and thicknesses of the nickel oxide and the reductive oxidizing graphite are 750 nm and 1-20 nm, respectively. Nickel oxide/graphene composite electrode material is prepared by taking graphene oxide and diluting by adding water to obtain oxidized graphite alkene solution, followed by adding nano nickel oxide and subjecting the obtained mixture to perform ultrasonic treatment. USE - Porous nano nickel oxide/graphene composite electrode material for electric double layer capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The porous nano nickel oxide/graphene composite electrode material has improved large power discharge, reduced internal resistance, high specific capacity, high energy density, high power density, high cycle life and high pseudo capacitance, and is suitable for super capacitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A porous nano nickel oxide/graphene composite electrode material comprises nano nickel oxide and reductive oxidizing graphite in a mass ratio of 1:(1-100), where average particle diameter of the material is 2-65 nm and the thicknesses of the nickel oxide and the reductive oxidizing graphite are 750 nm and 1-20 nm, respectively. Nickel oxide/graphene composite electrode material is prepared by taking graphene oxide (0.02-2 mg/ml) and diluting by adding water to obtain oxidized graphite alkene solution, followed by adding nano nickel oxide and subjecting the obtained mixture to ultrasonic treatment for 2-200 minutes. The obtained mixture is added with hydrate callose and continuously mixed at 50-150 degrees C until emulsify, followed by cooling at room temperature and separating solid by centrifuging, where mass ratio of the graphite oxide, nano nickel oxide and hydrate callose is 1:(1-100):(0.4-40). The obtained solid is washed by de-ionized water and ethanol at 50-150 degrees C under vacuum and dried for 2-50 hours to obtain nano nickel oxide/reducing oxidized graphite alkene.
