NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly coating material comprises a phase (A) comprising polymer containing more than two epoxy groups, a glycidyl ether compound and colored sand, and a phase (B) comprising a curing agent. USE - Environmentally-friendly coating material. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly coating has strong operability, convenient and safe coating preparation and construction, and material has higher crosslinking density and better adhesive force to most base materials. In preparation process, addition of specific fumed silica and the silicon powder to serve as the filler together, hence increases the fluidity of the system, improves the dispersion effect of the silicon powder in the system, the fumed silica generates a synergistic effect with the epoxy resin sand and the resin color sand containing the modified graphene oxide, hence the prepared coating material has better impact resistance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of environmentally-friendly coating material, which involves (S1) uniformly stirring epoxy group polymer, surfactant, leveling agent, color paste and the glycidyl ether compound to obtain a mixture (A), (S2) adding filler into mixture (A), and uniformly stirring to obtain mixture (B), (S3) adding colored sand into mixture (B), uniformly stirring, grinding and sieving to obtain mixture (C), and (S4) adding phase (B) into the mixture (C), and uniformly stirring.
