NOVELTY - Preparation of fibers involves placing the graphene particles in a grinder, adding deionized water, stirring, adding surfactant, grinding for 3-5 hours under the action of grinding medium to obtain a graphene slurry, ultrasonically processing the graphene slurry, leaving still for 4-6 hours, collecting the upper portion of the slurry to obtain a graphene dispersion, placing the graphene dispersion in a reaction vessel, adding nylon, reacting, centrifuging, drying, extruding to obtain a graphene nylon masterbatch and melt spinning the graphene nylon masterbatch. USE - Preparation of fibers for wearable products. ADVANTAGE - The method produces fiber which has good consistency and improved conductivity, electromagnetic wave shielding property, antistatic property and high-efficiency far-infrared rays shielding properties.
