NOVELTY - Jacket material comprises 100-120 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin powder, 30-40 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane, a graphene oxide dispersion or a reduced graphene oxide dispersion, 10-15 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 8-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-5 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.4-1.6 pts. wt. PVC processing auxiliary agent, 5-7 pts. wt. filling agent, and 1-3 pts. wt. halogen-free flame retardant synergist. USE - Jacket material. ADVANTAGE - The jacket material has good elasticity, low cost, small density and high softness, and is convenient to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a jacket material, which involves: (A) adding PVC resin powder, thermoplastic polyurethane, graphene oxide dispersion or reduced graphene oxide dispersion, heat stabilizer and plasticizer to a high-speed mixer, and mixing at 50-60 degrees C to get mixture; (B) adding a lubricant, a halogen-free flame retardant synergist, a flame retardant, an antioxidant, and a filler to mixture and mixing at 90-110 degrees C and stirring by adding PVC processing auxiliary agent to composite; and (C) transferring the composite to a double-rotor continuous mixer for kneading, and then passed through a double-cone mixer to enter a double-stage screw extruder for kneading and extrusion granulation to get desired product.
