NOVELTY - The method involves providing active coal and concentrated saltpetre acid as raw material. The excess saltpetre acid is removed by filtration, and the raw material is washed with water until the filter liquor pH is 6-7. The residue is removed, after drying ethylenediamine ultrasonic dispersion, and the concentrated sulfuric acid is added as a catalyst. The catalyst is centrifuged and washed to remove excess ethylenediamine after refluxing, and the amino functionalized graphene quantum dots are prepared. USE - Method for preparing amino functionalized graphene quantum dot (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is performed simply. The preparation cost is reduced, and the amino functionalized graphene quantum dot is prepared easily.
