NOVELTY - Processing epoxy powder coating comprises (a) using modified agent or dispersant to modify the zero dimensional nanomaterial nano silicon dioxide or nano zinc oxide or diatomite or nano bentonite or one dimensional carbon nano-tube or two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) or oxidation graphene the modified nano material with bisphenol A type epoxy resin, preparing 0.1-3% nanomaterial of the pre-dispersion, (b) weighing the pre-dispersion and epoxy resin based on the design formulation, curing agent, flatting agent, filler, barium sulfate and dioctyl phthalate, melting and extruding the mixture, where the smelting temperature is 95℃, the extruding machine head temperature is 115℃, the material average retention time is less than 20 seconds and (c) cooling the extruded polymer and pressing into tablets, using the transporting the device to the grinder for grinding, screening to obtain the required powder coating product with molybdenum number of 105-108 molybdenum. USE - The method is useful for protecting steel from corrosion.
