NOVELTY - Preparing graphene extreme pressure anti-sticking anti- corrosion thread coating material comprises adding 30-45 pts. wt. silicone resin, 40-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 8-10 pts. wt. polyurethane, and 12-15 pts. wt. graphene into the reactor for stirring at 45-55℃ for 30-35 minutes at 600 revolutions/minute, adding 1-2 pts. wt. silver powder, 2-3 pts. wt. nano aluminum oxide powder, 2-3 pts. wt. nano ceramic powder, 2-3 pts. wt. talc powder, and 2-3 pts. wt. titanium pigment for stirring at 60-70℃ for 10-15 minutes at 1000 revolutions/minute, cooling to 35-40℃, and adding 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 3-5 pts. wt. dimethicone, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 5-7 pts. wt. acetone, stirring at 600 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes to obtain coating. USE - The graphene extreme-pressure antisticking anti-corrosion thread coating material is useful for reducing the sticking button of the drilling tool (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high compactness, good wear-resistant pressure and self-radiating performance, has strong anti-corrosion performance, high adhesion and strong water resistance, and has long service life.
