NOVELTY - Polyacrylonitrile is dissolved in solvent and graphene concentrate is added to mixture, to obtain uniform dispersion of graphene polyacrylonitrile dope. Dope is wet spun, to obtain acrylic fibers. Graphene concentrate is prepared by dissolving aqueous titanate in water, adding graphene powder, ultrasonically dispersing in magnetic field to form graphene dispersion, applying magnetic field and distilling or vacuum distilling graphene dispersion. USE - Preparation of acrylic fibers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of acrylic fibers having high thermal conductivity and activity, and suppressed agglomeration.
