▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified MC nylon composite material of three-dimensional carbon felt lubricating reinforced body comprises 80-90 wt.% polyamide resin and 10-20 wt.% three-dimensional carbon felt lubricating reinforcing body. The polyamide resin is MCPA6, and the three-dimensional carbon felt lubricating reinforced body refers to the three-dimensional carbon felt surface load nitrogen doped graphene oxide/paraffin. USE - Modified MC nylon composite material of three-dimensional carbon felt lubricating reinforced body. ADVANTAGE - The modified MC nylon composite material of three-dimensional carbon felt lubricating reinforced body improves the friction performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified MC nylon composite material of three-dimensional carbon felt lubricating reinforced body, which involves: (A) cleaning the three-dimensional carbon felt with acetone and then using de-ionized water to remove the impurity on the surface; (B) drying in the oven for further use; (C) processing the graphene oxide aqueous solution for 30 minutes; (D) adding the urea into the graphene oxide aqueous solution, fully stirring to obtain solution A; (E) dissolving the solid paraffin in cyclohexane solution; (F) mixing cyclohexane solution containing paraffin with the solution A and fully stirring to form stable emulsion; (G) adding the emulsion and the three-dimensional carbon felt into the stainless steel with autoclave, reacting for 12 hours at 180 degrees C; (H) cooling to room temperature and soaking in de-ionized water at 90 degrees C for 1 hour; (I) freezing and drying to obtain the three-dimensional carbon felt lubricating reinforced body; (J) heating and melting 100 pts. wt. caprolactam; (K) vacuumizing and dehydrating for 40 minutes at 140 degrees C, then removing vacuum; (L) adding 0.8 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide (NaOH), then vacuumizing for 30 minutes, removing the vacuum; (M) adding 1 pts. wt. toluene -2, 4-diisocyanate to obtain prepolymer; (N) casting the prepolymer to the temperature of 160 degrees C; (O) placing in the mold of three-dimensional carbon felt lubricating reinforced body, after preserving heat for 2 hour at 160 degrees C; and (P) cooling to room temperature to obtain the three-dimensional carbon felt lubricating reinforced body modified MC nylon composite material.
