NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-melamine resin composite involves (1) dissolving polyacrylonitrile in dimethylformamide to prepare 4 wt.% solution, dissolving polyethylene oxide in dimethylformamide/dichloromethane composite solvent to prepare 4 wt.% solution, mixing with obtained solution, adding medical stone powder, tourmaline powder and graphene oxide, stirring, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate and tert-butyl hydroperoxide, heating, stirring, filtering and washing to obtain modified graphene oxide, (2) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in deionized water, adding weak acid, adjusting pH, mixing melamine and formaldehyde solution, mixing with polyvinyl alcohol-glacial acetic acid aqueous solution, heat-preserving, starting timer, cooling and stopping reaction to obtain milky white reaction solution, (3) adding prepared graphene oxide, stirring, adding alkali pH regulator, and (4) placing obtained melamine resin prepolymer-containing graphene oxide in vacuum oven, adjusting pH and curing. USE - Preparation method of graphene oxide-melamine resin composite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide-melamine resin composite with improved thermal conductivity, resin structure stability, thermal stability and graphene oxide dispersion uniformity, reduced agglomeration phenomenon of particles, and improved bonding strength, flexibility, and bending property of melamine resin, by environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The step (1) comprises 0.6-0.9 pt. wt. medical stone powder, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 2.3-2.6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. tert-butyl hydroperoxide, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. polyacrylonitrile, and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. polyoxyethylene oxide, and the volume ratio of dimethylformamide and dichloromethane in composite solvent is 1:1. In the step (1), the heating temperature is 60-70 degrees C, the stirring time is 1-2 hours, and the filter cake is washed with ethanol 2-3 times. In the step (A), the concentration of the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution is 1.8-13 mg/mL. In the step (B), the pH value of the solution is adjusted to 2-6, and the weak acid is glacial acetic acid. In the step (C), the mass ratio of melamine and formaldehyde solution is 1:1-1:6 and the stirring reaction is performed at 60 degrees C for 30 minutes. In the step (D), the heat-preserving is performed at 60 degrees C until white turbidity appears in the mixed system, the continuous reaction time is 6 minutes, and the cooling temperature in ice bath is 0 degrees C. In the step (3), the stirring time is 10-20 minutes, the pH value is adjusted to 8-9, the reaction time is 3-4 hours, and the ratio of modified graphene oxide with the milky white reaction solution is 1:1.8-1:2.6. In the step (4), the drying temperature is 30 degrees C, the pH value is adjusted to 5-6, and the curing process is performed in oven at 50 degrees C for 8-9 hours.
