NOVELTY - Preparing saturated cardanol hydrogenation catalyst comprises feeding the cardanol, solvent and hydrogenation catalyst, adding to the reaction kettle nitrogen and hydrogen replacement, firstly replacing the gas reaction kettle nitrogen for three times with nitrogen, replacing the gas reaction kettle hydrogen for 3 times, carrying out hydrogenation reaction by heating the condition of stirring to 60-85℃, hydrogen pressurizing to 1-2 MPa, continuously stirring for a period of time, separating by recycling the hydrogenation catalyst in the kettle solution by the recycling device, crystallizing, centrifuging, drying to obtain the saturated cardanol. USE - The method is useful for preparing saturated cardanol hydrogenation catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient, saves energy consumption, obtains saturated cardanol with high purity.
