▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The film has a functional layer formed on a graphene layer, where the functional layer is formed with insulating polymer and conductive material and includes the thickness of 1 nanometer to 400 nanometer. A metal layer is deposited on the functional layer, where the film exhibits the characteristic of a write-once-read-many-times (WORM) type memory or a re-writable type memory and is transferred onto a substrate i.e. unconventional substrate. A graphene layer is formed on a surface of a carrier, where graphene layer is formed by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. USE - Flexible and stretchable graphene film for electronic application. Uses include but are not limited to LCD device, electronic paper display device, organic light emitting display device, tough screen, flexible display apparatus, organic LED and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The film allows re-writable sticker-type organic memory (RSOM) to maintain excellent digital storage functions irrespective of physical bending conditions, thus ensuring application potential for data storage in flexible electronics. The film blocks metal particles by the reinforced PMMA matrix, which accordingly stops bipolar conductivity switching effect. The film transfers the memory devices onto stretchable electronics or circuitries while eliminating solvent issue owing to the adhesive features and a ready-to-conduct graphene underlay without other supports. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing a graphene film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating fabrication process of a memory label.
