▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Blocking impurity band detector comprises a substrate (11), a switching electrode (12) and at least one receiving unit (13). The substrate has a first surface (111) and a second surface (112) opposite to each other. The receiving unit extends from the first surface toward the second surface. The receiving unit is arranged in array on the first surface. The receiving unit is configured to receive radiation and generate the current corresponding to the received radiation. Each of the receiving units comprises a contact. The switching electrode is located at one side of the contact part towards the first surface. The material of the switching electrode includes graphene. USE - The blocking impurity band detector is used for detection system.
