NOVELTY - A graphene environment-friendly energy-saving LED lamp comprises lampshade (1), heat dissipation case (2) provided with multiple radiating holes (21), LED lighting component (3), mounting base (5), silicon carbide heat conductor (4), and heat dissipation coating (20) uniformly coating the inner surface of heat dissipation case. USE - Graphene environment-friendly energy-saving LED lamp. ADVANTAGE - The graphene environment-friendly energy-saving LED lamp has good heat dissipation effect, and certain degree of removal of formaldehyde, toluene and total volatile organic compounds pollutants. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene environment-friendly energy-saving LED lamp comprises lampshade (1), heat dissipation case (2) provided with multiple radiating holes (21), LED lighting component (3), mounting base (5), silicon carbide heat conductor (4), and heat dissipation coating (20) uniformly coating the inner surface of heat dissipation case. The heat dissipation coating comprises 60-75 pts. wt. mixed resin, 5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4.5 pts. wt. sodium montmorillonite, 4-6.5 pts. wt. carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, 1.5-2 pts. wt. silicone resin methyl branched silicone oil, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. n-pentane, 1-2.5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 7-9 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 5-5.7 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. modified aromatic amine curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. cerium oxide, 1.5-2 pts. wt. active mineral powder, and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. traditional Chinese medicine essential oil. The mixed resin is mixture of phenolic resin and epoxy resin at mass ratio of 2:1-3:1. The polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber has length of 0.01 mm. The flame retardant comprises ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and expanded graphite at mass ratio of 2:1.5:1.3. The solvent is mixture of diacetone alcohol and butyl ester at mass ratio of 3:1-3:2. The active mineral powder comprises germanium stone, fluorite, tourmaline, and zinc spinel at weight ratio of 2.5:3:3.5:1.7. The tourmaline is mixture of magnesium tourmaline and lithium tourmaline at weight ratio of 4:3. The active mineral powder has particle size of less than or equal to 15 mu m. The heat dissipation coating is prepared by (A) adding mixer with sodium montmorillonite, carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, silicone resin methyl branched silicone oil, polyethylene glycol, n-pentane, nano-silica, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, graphene, fumed silica, flame retardant and solvent, high-speed mixing at 80 degrees C for 40 minutes, and taking out material from mixer; (B) adding vacuum oven with 50-60 pts. wt. wormwood, 20-25 pts. wt. stone-like omphalia, 15-18 pts. wt. bamboo leaves, 3-5 pts. wt. Japanese anemone, 3-5 pts. wt. Anemone hupehensis, 3-5 pts. wt. calamus, 3-4 pts. wt. Salvia miltiorrhiza, 3-4 pts. wt. Polygonum hydropiperum and 5-8 pts. wt. Stemona japonica, vacuumizing to - 20 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding into microwave, and microwave drying at 17 kW for 30-40 minutes; (C) adding into ultrafine grinder, and grinding into 60 mesh powder; (D) adding into extraction vessel of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction device, extracting at temperature of 45 degrees C, pressure of 28 MPa and carbon dioxide flow rate of 1100 L/hour for 2 hours, and collecting crude oil into triangular bottle; (E) freezing to 5 degrees C for 70 minutes, centrifuging at speed of 17000 revolutions/minute for 25 minutes to remove impurities, and vacuumizing at 85 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain volatile oil; (F) washing 1-3 pts. wt. mint, 1-3 pts. wt. rhizoma cimicifugae, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. sweet marjoram, 3-4 pts. wt. purslane, 3-4 pts. wt. Agastache rugosa, 3-4 pts. wt. radix euphorbiae lantu and 3-4 pts. wt. Chinese mugwort, drying, ultrafine milling into 30 mesh powder, soaking in 7 times deionized water for 5 hours, stirring, and dispersing to obtain traditional Chinese medicine mixture; (G) distilling to 80 degrees C for 2 hours, collecting distillate, extracting with diethyl ether at volume ratio of 2.5:1, taking upper oil phase, adding 0.13-0.2 pts. wt. anhydrous sodium sulfate, and drying to obtain volatile oil; (H) combining volatile oils, adding wheat malt essential oil, Geranium essential oil, snow lotus essential oil, lemon essential oil and grapefruit essential oil at mass ratio of 2:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.4:0.5 while stirring for 45 minutes, standing for 30 minutes, and filtering to obtain traditional Chinese medicine essential oil; (I) adding step (A) product, heating to 70-80 degrees C, and stirring for 15 minutes; and (J) ball milling, adding cerium oxide, active mineral powder and modified aromatic amine curing agent, concentrating to 70-80 degrees C for 4.5 hours, and filtering off impurities.
