NOVELTY - A thermal insulation material is prepared by using 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion, 45-55 pts. wt. cement clinker, 15-20 pts. wt. fly ash, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 2-3 pts. wt. water reducing agent, and 0.5-1 pt. wt. zinc oxide whiskers. The thermal insulation material is prepared by mixing cement clinker, fly ash and nano-silica, adding water according to the weight ratio of water to cement ratio of 0.5-0.6:1, stirring, adding graphene oxide dispersion, stirring at 60-75 rpm for 30-45 minutes, obtaining mixed slurry, adding zinc oxide whiskers to the mixed slurry prepared, stirring at a constant speed until the zinc oxide whiskers are evenly dispersed in the mixed slurry and completely wrapped by the mixed slurry, adding water reducing agent, stirring for 30 minutes, obtaining insulation slurry, injecting the insulation slurry into mold, shaking and pressing, forming, and maintaining for 30 days. USE - Thermal insulation material for building exterior walls. ADVANTAGE - The thermal insulation material has excellent mechanical properties, and excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the thermal insulation material, which involves (1) mixing cement clinker, fly ash and nano-silica, adding water according to the weight ratio of water to cement ratio of 0.5-0.6:1, stirring, adding graphene oxide dispersion, stirring at 60-75 rpm for 30-45 minutes, obtaining mixed slurry, (2) adding zinc oxide whiskers to the mixed slurry prepared, stirring at a constant speed until the zinc oxide whiskers are evenly dispersed in the mixed slurry and completely wrapped by the mixed slurry, adding water reducing agent, stirring for 30 minutes, obtaining insulation slurry, (3) injecting the insulation slurry into mold, shaking and pressing, forming, and maintaining for 30 days.
