NOVELTY - A modifier comprises graphene oxide-aqueous resin composite material comprising graphene oxide and aqueous resin in the mass ratio of (0.1-100): (0.1-100). USE - Modifier used in modified carbon fiber for reinforced resin-based composite material which is used in preparation of aerospace application, vehicle engineering, marine vessels, sports equipment, energy devices, and intelligent machine material portions (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite emulsion of graphene oxide and aqueous epoxy resin, which has good film-forming property, is used as modifier to carry out surface treatment on carbon fibers to obtain modified carbon fibers, and the surfaces of the modified carbon fibers have a multi scale rigid-flexible combined interface structure and have excellent resin wettability and process characteristics. The carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite (CFRPs) with improved interface performance is prepared by further taking the modified carbon fibers as raw materials, and the multi scale rigid-flexible interface structure in the CFRPs plays a synergistic interaction role, so the interface shear and interlayer shear performance of the composite is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. preparation of modifier, which involves mixing aqueous resin with water to obtain emulsion of aqueous resin, uniformly mixing graphene oxide with water to obtain aqueous solution of graphene oxide, and mixing the aqueous resin emulsion, aqueous solution of graphene oxide and water, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment; and 2. a modified carbon fiber is obtained by using modifier as sizing agent to size carbon fibers; and 3. a modified carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material is prepared by using resin matrix, modified carbon fiber, and a curing agent as raw materials; and 4. preparation of modified carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material, which involves (s1) uniformly mixing resin matrix and curing agent to obtain a mixture, and (s2) soaking the modified carbon fiber in mixture, taking out the mixture, and curing.
