NOVELTY - A flat film solar cell comprises a quartz or a glass substrate sequentially stacked from bottom to top, an aluminum electrode, a phosphorus-doped amorphous silicon thin film, a silicon carbide thin film interface layer, a boron-doped nano silicon film, a graphene layer, and a gold electrode. The phosphorus-doped amorphous silicon thin film is provided between the graphene layer and aluminum electrode. The boron-doped nano silicon film forms a nano resonant cavity. USE - Flat film solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The flat film solar cell has improved photoelectric performance, and can be produced economically (cost is saved by 30%) by a simple method with low material and energy consumption without requiring high-temperature sintering.
