NOVELTY - Invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, in particular, to the production of hard tool alloys with a particularly extra-fine grain structure. Method can be used to manufacture a cutting tool for processing hard-to-process alloys and steels. In order to produce an extra-fine grain hard alloy, powders of hard-alloy charge are mixed, joint wet milling and drying are performed. This is followed by dry mixing, wherein graphene powder in an amount of 0.1 to 1.5% of the weight of the charge is additionally introduced to the charge. The resulting mixture is pressed and sintered at 1,290 to 1,350°C with isothermal holding for 15 to 25 min. USE - Powder metallurgy. ADVANTAGE - Production of an extra-fine grain hard alloy containing over 70% of particles less than 1 mcm in size, with high strength characteristics. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
