▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A transparent electrode has a layer (L1), a layer (L2) containing graphene, arranged directly on side (S1) of the layer (L1), and a layer (L3) comprising electroconductive metal nanowire, arranged on the layer (L2). The layer (L1) comprises a thermosetting copolymer comprising a repeating unit (R1) comprising aromatic moiety as pendant group or incorporated in backbone of the copolymer, and a repeating unit (R2) capable of lowering curing temperature of the copolymer, and/or combination of a polymer (P1) comprising the repeating unit (R1) and a polymer (P2) comprising the repeating unit (R2). USE - Transparent electrode is used for electronic device e.g. flat panel display, touch screen panel, solar cell, electronic window, electrochromic mirror, heat mirror, transparent transistor and flexible display (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transparent electrode has excellent conductivity, light transmittance, visibility and flexibility, and lower sheet resistance. The layers (L1) and (L2) of the electrode have improved binding force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A transparent electrode has a layer (L1), a layer (L2) containing graphene, arranged directly on a side (S1) of the layer (L1), and a layer (L3) comprising electroconductive metal nanowire, arranged on the layer (L2). The layer (L1) comprises a thermosetting copolymer comprising a repeating unit (R1) comprising an aromatic moiety as a pendant group or incorporated in a backbone of the copolymer, and a repeating unit (R2) capable of lowering curing temperature of the copolymer, and/or a combination of a polymer (P1) comprising the repeating unit (R1) and a polymer (P2) comprising the repeating unit (R2). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of transparent electrode, which involves providing the layer (L1) on a substrate, forming the layer (L2) on a release film, contacting the layer (L2) with the layer (L1) and curing the contacted layers (L1) and (L2) to provide a laminate structure, removing the release film from the layer (L2) of the laminate structure to expose a surface of the layer (L2) and forming the layer (L3) on the exposed surface of the layer (L2). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the transparent electrode.
