NOVELTY - Graphene-based printing ink comprises 30-40 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane resin, 20-30 pts. wt. modified graphite flakes, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 50-60 pts. wt. water. USE - Graphene-based printing ink. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based printing ink improves conductivity and conductivity stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based printing ink, which involves adding water-based polyurethane resin, modified graphite flakes, dispersant and water into the mixer and stir at 600-800 revolutions per minute for 30-50 minutes to obtain a premix and adding conductive carbon black, silane coupling agent, leveling agent and defoamer to the premix and stirring at 1200-1500 revolutions per minute for 20-30 minutes.
