NOVELTY - The structure has a substrate arranged with a metal structure layer. A graphene film layer and electrode. The metal structure layer is arranged with a sub-wavelength array structure that is formed on a surface of the substrate. A square-shaped metal frame is arranged with a square metal patch, where width of the square-shaped metal frame is equal to width of the square metal patch. An electrode on the insulating medium layer is arranged with the metal structure layer, where thickness of the electrode is greater than 50nm. USE - Graphene-metal composite structure for a terahertz modulator. ADVANTAGE - The structure is used in terahertz communication and terahertz detection and terahertz imaging, and has better electron mobility properties of graphene and resonance properties.
