▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Spark plasma sintering particle reinforced titanium-aluminum-tin-zirconium series high temperature resistant titanium-based composite material, prepared by composite sintering of titanium-aluminum-tin-zirconium series titanium powder and silicon carbide/graphene nano plates/boron carbide reinforcement powder at mass ratio of 100:1, is claimed. USE - The spark plasma sintering particle reinforced titanium-aluminum-tin-zirconium series high temperature resistant titanium-based composite material is useful in aerospace, biomedicine and marine engineering fields. ADVANTAGE - The spark plasma sintering particle reinforced titanium-aluminum-tin-zirconium series high temperature resistant titanium-based composite material: has excellent high temperature oxidation resistance; and preparation method is convenient to operate, and economical.
