NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 20-35 pts. wt. tetrafluoropropylene rubber, 18-24 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 15-25 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 3-9 pts. wt. cellulose acetate propionate, 5-8 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 4-8 pts. wt. polyimide, 4-8 pts. wt. hydrated alumina, 3-7 pts. wt. rutile, 1-4 pts. wt. dilaurate thiodipropionate, 3-7 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. nano graphene oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. mica powder and 3-5 pts. wt. stearic acid. USE - The composite material is used for production of high cold resistance, weather resistance and flame retardant rubber. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent mechanical properties, strong water and cold resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and flame retardancy and maintains good performance requirements between - 50 and 150 degrees C.
