NOVELTY - High-performance solid thin wall panel comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride powder, 40-50 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 20-50 pts. wt. wood flour, 5-9 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 5-9 pts. wt. ethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate, 1-2.5 pts. wt. microsphere blowing agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. blowing agent, 0.6-1 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.4-0.7 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. tackifier. USE - High-performance solid thin wall panel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-performance solid thin wall panel, which involves: (A) mixing tetrapolyphosphate, ethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate, cross-linking agent, catalyst, plasticizer, dispersant, tackifier, and 1/15-1/5 wt.% polyvinyl chloride powder to obtain a mixture A; (B) mixing microsphere foaming agent, foam regulator, and 1/15-1/5 wt.% calcium carbonate to obtain a mixture B; (C) mixing graphene, wood flour, emaining weight of polyvinyl chloride powder and remaining weight of calcium carbonate, and mixing to obtain a mixture C; (D) adding mixture A into mixture C, firstly heating at 25-35 degrees C and stirring at speed of 45-55 revolutions/minute, heating at 55-65 degrees C, stirring at speed of 50-550 revolutions/minute, heating at 110-130 degrees C, stirring speed of 900-1100 revolutions/minute to obtain a mixture D;extruding and granulating the mixture D to obtain composite mother particles F; and (E) adding composite masterbatch F into mixture B, and extruding to obtain final product.
