▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a flexible transparent electrode involves spin-coating a transparent conductive film on a surface of a flexible substrate processed by a ultraviolet ozone, and orderly soaking and heating the flexible substrate coated with transparent conductive film. The flexible substrate is composed of polyethylene, polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate, polyurethane, polyphthalimide and/or polyacrylic acid. The transparent conductive film is composed of metal nano-particles, metal nano-wires, conductive polymer, graphene, carbon nano-tube and/or transparent metal oxide. The soaking process is carried out by using soaking treatment solution i.e. methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and/or trifluoroethanol. USE - Preparation method of flexible transparent electrode used in flexible photoelectric device (claimed) i.e. portable, ultra-thin and wearable electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare flexible transparent electrode in a simple and economical manner. The flexible transparent electrode has excellent conductivity, light transmittance, flexibility, mechanical stability and environmental stability, lower surface roughness, and flatter film, which improves photoelectric conversion efficiency and flexibility of the battery, thus reaching requirement of flexibility and practicability.
