▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of high-strength coal gangue sintered hollow brick comprises preparing functional fillers; weighing 8-10 wt.% functional filler, 45-55 wt.% coal gangue, 2-3 wt.% slag, 2-3 wt.% medium sand, 4-6 wt.% fly ash and balance water; adding raw materials into mixing tank, mixing, aging for 2-3 days, taking out aged raw materials, stirring, and performing electron beam irradiation treatment; putting aged raw materials in hydraulic extruder for extrusion molding, placing in vacuum drying box for low-temperature vacuum drying, and taking bricks; and putting dried brick into electric furnace for roasting. USE - The method is used for preparing coal gangue sintered hollow brick. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the raw material and processing technique, effectively improves the compressive strength of the hollow brick, improves the quality of the hollow brick and widens the application range of the hollow brick. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high-strength coal gangue sintered hollow brick comprises preparing functional fillers by wrapping graphene powder in aluminum foil paper, placing in liquid nitrogen, processing for 20-30 minutes, taking out graphene powder after liquid nitrogen treatment, placing in reactor, controlling temperature in reactor to 130-160 degrees C and 2-3 MPa for 2-3 minutes, quickly releasing, taking out graphene powder, drying, soaking graphene powder into treatment solution, placing treatment solution with graphene powder in microwave environment for microwave treatment, filtering, rinsing with pure water for 2-4 times, and drying; weighing 8-10 wt.% functional filler, 45-55 wt.% coal gangue, 2-3 wt.% slag, 2-3 wt.% medium sand, 4-6 wt.% fly ash and balance water; adding raw materials into mixing tank, mixing, aging for 2-3 days, taking out aged raw materials, stirring, and performing electron beam irradiation treatment; putting aged raw materials in hydraulic extruder for extrusion molding, placing in vacuum drying box for low-temperature vacuum drying, and taking bricks; and putting dried brick into electric furnace for roasting.
