▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/nano-cellulose laminated micro-structure comprises alternately stacked nano-cellulose film and graphene micro structure, where the nano cellulose film located at the bottom layer is a nano cellular substrate, and the other nano cellulose film located between adjacent graphene micro structures is an insulating layer of the nanocellulose substrate. The graphene/graphene micro structure is a continuous non-layered integrated membrane film. The nano cellulose film is a thin film with a thickness of 0.1-0.5 nm. USE - The graphene/nano-cellulose laminated micro-structure is used in production of functional devices in the field of electronics or optoelectronics (claimed), and energy, electron and photoelectric field. Uses include but are not limited to multi-layer metamaterial wave absorber and integrated circuit. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/nano-cellulose laminated micro-structure has simple preparation technique, low cost, no pollution to the environment, and provides an effective and practical method for industrial preparation of complex three-dimensional functional device e.g. multi-layer metamaterial wave absorber and integrated circuit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparation method of graphene/nano-cellulose laminated micro-structure; and printing device for preparing the graphene/nano-cellulose laminated micro-structure. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of microstructure layering of the graphene/nanocellulose integrated stacked metamaterial printed by uniform droplet jet printing.
