NOVELTY - Preparation of magnetic functionalized graphene composite material involves uniformly mixing graphene microchip and magnetic nanoparticles at mass ratio of 1:1.2 by air flow dispersion for 4 hours to obtain mixture; dispersing mixture at 65 degrees C in ethanol solvent under 200-250 W for 4 hours to obtain solution with solid content of 60-70%; adding solution with 0.5-.8 mass% silane coupling agent, 20-23 mass% auxiliary and 10-12 mass% maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene based on amount of graphene microchip; and dispersing and uniformly stirring. USE - Preparation of magnetic functionalized graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method produces magnetic functionalized graphene composite material with good electrical conductivity, small internal resistance, uniform distribution of graphene, and easy to coat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of magnetic functionalized graphene composite material comprises uniformly mixing graphene microchip and magnetic nanoparticles at mass ratio of 1:1.2 by air flow dispersion for 4 hours at room temperature to obtain mixture; dispersing mixture at 65 degrees C in ethanol solvent via ultrasonic dispersion under 200-250 W for 4 hours to obtain solution with solid content of 60-70%; adding solution with 0.5-.8 mass% silane coupling agent, 20-23 mass% auxiliary and 10-12 mass% maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene based on amount of graphene microchip; dispersing and uniformly stirring to obtain magnetic functionalized graphene dispersion; continuously feeding magnetic functionalized graphene dispersion through peristaltic pump inlet into spray drying apparatus; spray drying at 100-120 degrees C to obtain functionalized carbon material powder; and calcining functionalized carbon material powder at 180-220 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours to obtain magnetic functionalized graphene composite material.
