NOVELTY - A super capacitor of one a rolling core, anode piece orderly laminated by a, inner membrane and cathode piece and diaphragm outside by inner and outside winding is formed, the inner membrane comprising at least one layer polypropylene micro-porous membrane, the membrane outside is polypropylene/modified graphene oxide composite material. This utility new type not only ensures the ion permeability of membrane, liquid absorption, at the same time greatly increase the heat radiating efficiency of membrane, so as to increase the safety, stability and service life of super capacitor.
