NOVELTY - The channel has a crystal support surface provided with atom stages. A graphene covering layer is utilized for covering the support surface. A space is formed by the atom stages of the support surface and the graphene covering layer. Material of the support surface is selected from different compound semiconductors and a monomer semiconductor. Graphene is selected from single-atom layer graphene and multi-atom layer graphene. USE - Microflow channel. ADVANTAGE - The crystal surface is provided with the atom stage that covers the graphene layer to obtain a nano pore channel among the atom stages on the crystal surface. The channel controls annealing time and temperature to change a layer number of a surface atom stage and control effective diameter of the nano pore channel.
