▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coated fabric substrate is prepared by applying a slurry made of iron oxyhydroxide, water, ethanol, acetylene black, activated carbon and graphene as raw material components to a fabric surface, having the mass ratio of 100:(10-50):(10-50):(0-10):(0-10):(0-10). USE - As coated fabric substrate. ADVANTAGE - The coated fabric substrate retains the flexibility of the fabric while loading more conductive substances, improves the conductivity of the fabric, and is very flexible. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the coated textile substrate, comprising (a) subjecting the ferric chloride aqueous solution to constant-temperature stirring to carry out hydrolysis reaction, cooling, washing, and centrifuging to collect orange-yellow precipitate in the solution to obtain hydroxyl iron oxide, (b) mixing iron oxyhydroxide, water, ethanol, acetylene black, activated carbon, graphene into a slurry, and (c) applying the slurry to the surface of the fabric, and then baking it, and repeating coating-baking cycles; and (2) a method of using the coated textile substrate in a conductive fabric, comprising using one or both of polypyrrole or polyaniline as a conductive substance, subjecting the coated textile substrate to chemical oxidation polymerization, constant current polymerization, potentiostatic polymerization, cyclic voltammetry electrochemical polymerization or pulse current polymerization to prepare the conductive fabrics.
