▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of a cable sheath involves mixing molecular sieves, graphene, porous starch and water in a weight ratio of 50:10-15:18-22:150-250 with ultrasonic vibration at ultrasonic frequency of 25-30 KHz for 40-60 minutes and drying at 100-120 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain a mixture, soaking nano zinc dioxide in the mixture in the weight ratio of 3-6:1.5-4 at 35-45 degrees C for 10-16 hours and filtering the mixture to obtain a moisture-proof additive, mixing natural rubber, PVC, dioctyl terephthalate, hydroxymethyl starch, bentonite, nano-titanium dioxide, silicone oil, sulfur and the moisture-proof additive in a weight ratio of 30-40:17-22:8-12:11-15:1-1.5:20-28:5-9:3-6 at 130-150 degrees C for 40-60 minutes, and molding the mixture. USE - Preparation of cable sheath (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cable sheath has excellent moisture-proof property and is prepared by a simple process with easily available raw materials.
