The modified polyurethane is prepared by mixing and stirring glycine, formaldehyde aqueous solution, and 1,4-dioxane, adding 4-hydroxybenzyl chloride, heating and refluxing for reaction, adding tetrahydrofuran and mixing evenly, adjusting the pH of the reaction solution to be neutral, and distilling to remove the distillate, adding the substrate into deionized water, allowing to stand to separate layers, removing the water layer to obtain intermediate 1, and mixing intermediate 1, triethylamine, and tetrahydrofuran under reflux reaction to obtain intermediate 2; mixing and reacting intermediate 2, ethylene glycol, p-toluenesulfonic acid, and N,N-dimethylformamide to prepare intermediate 3, mixing and reacting pentaerythritol, caprolactone, and stannous octoate solution, adding petroleum ether, heat preserving. USE - The polyurethane composite material is useful for preparing products with different performance requirements, with excellent toughness, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and tear resistance. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane composite material has high strength and toughness, and has good degradability and heat-resistant effect, and does not use isocyanate containing benzene ring, so that the aromatic amine product will not be generated in the degradation process, avoids the environment pollution, and enhances the mechanical strength composite material.
