NOVELTY - Biodegradable plastic comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polystyrene, 40-60 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 3-5 pts. wt. platinum, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminosilicate, 5-10 pts. wt. fungus, 5-8 pts. wt. catalytic carrier, 5-8 pts. wt. fungal medium, 10-30 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 10-20 pts. wt. compatibilizer rand 10-20 pts. wt. coupling agent. The preparation method of the biodegradable plastic comprises e.g. (a) adding platinum and aluminosilicate into a beaker, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, dispersing, adding catalytic carrier, heating, filtering, drying to obtain load degradation catalyst, (b) taking fungal medium, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, dispersing into colloid solution, adding fungus, drying, carbonizing, cooling to obtain micro-capsule coated fungi, (c) adding polystyrene, polyethylene glycol terephthalate, inorganic filler, compatibilizer, coupling agent and load degradation catalyst and microcapsule coated fungi into the mixer and forming. USE - Used as biodegradable plastic. ADVANTAGE - The product has good mechanical property, biodegradable property, reduces pollution and reduces the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Biodegradable plastic comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polystyrene, 40-60 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 3-5 pts. wt. platinum, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminosilicate, 5-10 pts. wt. fungus, 5-8 pts. wt. catalytic carrier, 5-8 pts. wt. fungal medium, 10-30 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 10-20 pts. wt. compatibilizerand 10-20 pts. wt. coupling agent. The preparation method of the biodegradable plastic comprises (a) adding platinum and aluminosilicate into a beaker, adding absolute ethyl alcohol 30-80 times of total mass of platinum and aluminosilicate, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, adding catalytic carrier, heating to 70-90degrees Celsius, using power of 600 W, ultrasonic auxiliary adsorption loading for 1-3 hours, using microporous filtering film to filter for 2 times, drying to obtain load degradation catalyst, (b) taking fungal medium and absolute ethyl alcohol 30-80 times of fungal medium, ultrasonically dispersing into colloid solution, adding fungus, magnetically stirring for 30-60 minutes, spraying and drying, carbonizing at 250-300degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes, cooling to room temperature to obtain micro-capsule coated fungi, (c) adding polystyrene, polyethylene glycol terephthalate, inorganic filler, compatibilizer, coupling agent and load degradation catalyst and microcapsule coated fungi into the mixer, stirring for 1-2 hours, mixing uniformly, setting the mixing temperature to 160-220degrees Celsius, the pressure is 1-3 Mpa, mixing and forming.
