NOVELTY - Full-solid polyvinyl butyral (PVB) based ion transmission material comprises conductive paste and the polyvinyl butyral resin and mixing uniformly according to any ratio to prepare; where the conductive paste is composed of nano powder liquid and second liquid, the nano powder liquid is composed of a solvent, nano powder dispersed in the solvent and a dispersant, and the second liquid is composed of a plasticizer and an alkali-containing Lewis base, and the mass of the nano-powder body fluid is 2.7-3.2 wt.% of the mass of the liquid; and the mass of the Lewis base in the liquid is 17-20%; the mass of the dispersant in the nano-powder body fluid is 20-120 wt.% of the mass of the nano-powder; and the nano-powder is at least one of single-layer graphene, single-walled carbon nanotube and nano silver wire. USE - The transmission material is useful for electrochromic laminated glass (claimed) in energy, information, electronic, and construction fields. ADVANTAGE - The method improves and optimizes conductivity and color change speed and transmittance of transmission material. The transmission material has high conductivity and convenient for packaging, has simple electrochromic device package, and lower electrochromic speed of the electrochromic laminated glass. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method for preparing full-solid polyvinyl butyral based ion transmission material comprising (i) mixing the dispersant and the solvent uniformly, then adding nano powder into the mixture to disperse the nano-powder in the solvent to obtain the nano powder body fluid, dissolving the Lewis base in the plasticizer to obtain second liquid, (ii) mixing the nano powder body liquid and the second liquid uniformly to obtain the conductive slurry, (iii) mixing the conductive paste with the PVB resin and stirring uniformly, and plasticizing to obtain the full-solid polyvinyl butyral based ion transmission material; and (2) an electrochromic laminated glass; and (3) an electrochromic laminated glass comprising an upper laminated glass, an ion transmission film, and a lower laminated glass, the ion transmission film is formed by the full-solid polyvinyl butyral base ion transmission material, the upper interlayer glass is composed of toughened glass and indium tin oxide plating layer plated on the toughened glass, molybdenum oxide plating layer, and the lower interlayer glass is composed of toughened glass and indium tin oxide plating layer plated on the toughened glass, and tungsten trioxide plating layer.
