▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene growth speed calibrating method involves heating and annealing the substrate, growing grapheme in the reducing gas and 12C carbon source gas, after growing, cooling and cutting off a gas source to obtain grapheme. The 13C carbon source gas is introduced in pulsed manner in the growing step of the grapheme, detected and counted the spatial distribution of obtained 13C graphene, and growth speed of the grapheme corresponding to the time of the pulse is obtained. USE - Method for calibrating graphene growth speed. ADVANTAGE - The method enables calibrating the graphene growth speed with better effect of reducing the graphene growth process and indirectly evaluating the industrial grade graphene growth in simple and cost-effective manner.
