▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Self-supporting conductive and thermally conductive film, comprises metal network and adhesive matrix is embedded on one side in the thickness direction of the metal network, where the thickness of the adhesive matrix is less than or equal to the thickness of the metal network; and the metal network is a metal mesh. USE - Used as self-supporting conductive and thermally conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The film: can simplify the film forming process and obtain higher electrical and thermal conductivity; and utilizes continuous metal network, which has mechanical self-supporting properties and higher elastic modulus of the material and is beneficial to the maintenance of the interfacial distance under heating and pressing conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparing self-supporting conductive heat conduction film comprising either (a) pressing the metal network into softened adhesive matrix film to obtain conductive and heat-conducting film, where the adhesive matrix optionally contains or does not contain the conductive or thermally conductive filler; or (b) coating and penetrating the softened adhesive matrix into the metal network to obtain conductive and heat-conducting film, where the adhesive matrix optionally contains or does not contain the conductive or thermally conductive filler; and elf-supporting conductive heat conduction film prepared by above method.
