NOVELTY - Graphene fiber wool top comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyamide-6, 10-20 pts. wt. modified graphene and 1-5 pts. wt. auxiliary anti-radiation agent. The auxiliary radiation agent comprises 10-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. tin oxide, 30-40 pts. wt. foam titanium and 20-30 pts. wt. barite powder. USE - Graphene fiber wool top. ADVANTAGE - The graphene fiber wool top is simple and cost-effective, has excellent radiation-proof property, dispersibility of graphite, biological adhesion and excellent biocompatibility, and prevents agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene fiber wool top, which involves: a. mixing and drying corresponding weight of polyamide-6, modified graphene and auxiliary radiation-proof agent, forming mixed material; b. extruding mixture to form mixed melt; and c. inputting mixed melt into spinning main box body, spinning component, spraying from spinneret hole, cooling spinning silk strip, oiling, winding, drafting, shaping to obtain fibre tow, feeding wool strip into strip machine for cutting, and forming into strips after thinning to prepare graphene wool top fibre.
