▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film with adsorbed volatile organic compounds involves soaking graphene in a mixture of butanol, propylene glycol and citric acid with ultrasonic vibration at 5-10 degrees C for 30 minutes, and placing in a helium environment for about 60-120 minutes. The graphene is removed, washed with deionized water, filtered 4-8 with ethanol and dried. The dried film is immersed in the mixture of zinc molybdate solution (0.1-0.2mol/L), bismuth vanadate solution (0.2-0.4mol/L) with acetic acid, allowed to stand for 12-48 hours, and the removed. USE - Method for preparing graphene film with adsorbed volatile organic compounds (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene film with adsorbed volatile organic compounds with high adsorption capacity, high efficiency and reduces the toxicity in liquidity strong exhaust gas treatment at a low concentration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene film with adsorbed volatile organic compounds involves soaking graphene in a mixture of butanol, propylene glycol and citric acid with ultrasonic vibration at 5-10 degrees C for 30 minutes, and placing in a helium environment for about 60-120 minutes. The soaked graphene film is heated in a muffle furnace at 400-450 degrees C for 2-4 hours, where the heating rate of the furnace is 5-8 degrees C/minutes. The heated film is then allowed to cool at room temperature to obtain zinc graphene film loaded with bismuth. The zinc graphene film loaded with bismuth is immersed in a mixture of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, ethyl lactate, methyl isobutyl ketone, n-butyl aldehyde, N-methylpyrrolidone, N-isopropyl-N'- phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, glycerol and polyvinyl alcohol, allowed to stand for 2-4 hours, removed and dried at room temperature. The obtained graphene film is heated again in a muffle furnace after drying at 400-450 degrees C for 2-4 hours, where the heating rate of the furnace is 5-8 degrees C/minutes. The film is naturally cooled at room temperature to obtain graphene film with adsorbed volatile organic compounds.
