▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing boron-doped graphene/titanium dioxide nano-rods photocatalytic material, comprises (i) producing graphene oxide by American Chemical society nano journal 2010 volume 4, pages 4806-4814; (ii) ultrasonically dispersing 8-80 mg graphene oxide in 15-25 ml deionized water, to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (iii) adding sodium borohydride and titanium trichloride solution into the graphite oxide dispersion liquid, and stirring under hydro-thermal reaction to obtain a precipitate; and (iv) washing, performing vacuum drying, grinding into a homogeneous powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing boron-doped graphene or titanium dioxide nano-rods photocatalytic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the photocatalytic activity of the composite material; and facilitates the chemical absorption of nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide and other harmful gases, and the absorption and decomposition of harmful gases on the graphene surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing boron-doped graphene/titanium dioxide nano-rods photocatalytic material, comprises (i) producing graphene oxide based on the process mentioned in American Chemical society nano journal 2010 volume 4, pages 4806-4814; (ii) ultrasonically dispersing 8-80 mg graphene oxide in 15-25 ml deionized water, to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (iii) adding sodium borohydride and titanium trichloride solution into the graphite oxide dispersion liquid, and stirring while performing hydro-thermal reaction to obtain a precipitate; and (iv) washing the precipitate, carrying out vacuum drying, grinding into a homogeneous powder, to obtain the product, where graphene oxide, boron hydride and titanium trichloride are used as precursor.
