NOVELTY - Preparing anti-scratch 3-dimensional printer window glass comprises e.g. (i) dissolving nano-guanyin clay, ruthenium complex (I) and graphene in N,N-dimethylformamide, carrying out ultrasonic agitation to obtain modified solution, (ii) mixing poly(methyl methacrylate), isopropyl alcohol, magnesium hydroxide, silica, chromium oxide, rare earth oxide, propylene glycol monobutyl ether and modified liquid, then melting, cooling and granulating to obtain 3D printer window glass material, and (iii) kneading 3D printer window glass material in kneader, then molding to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-scratch 3-dimensional printer window glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method producing product has excellent mechanical property and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anti-scratch 3-dimensional printer window glass comprises (i) dissolving nano-guanyin clay, ruthenium complex of formula (I) and graphene in N,N-dimethylformamide under the presence of ultraviolet light, carrying out ultrasonic agitation to obtain modified solution, (ii) mixing poly(methyl methacrylate), isopropyl alcohol, magnesium hydroxide, silica, chromium oxide, rare earth oxide, propylene glycol monobutyl ether and modified liquid, then melting, cooling and granulating to obtain 3D printer window glass material, and (iii) kneading 3D printer window glass material in kneader at 180-185 degrees C for 3-4 hours, then molding in injection mold cavity at 45-65 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, finally cooling at 25-35 degrees C to obtain final product.
