NOVELTY - Adsorption film, is claimed. The adsorbing film is a thin-film flexible absorbing sheet formed by fixing the absorbing material in the form of film on the insulating substrate by using laser photoetching or chemical vapor deposition, where the adsorbing material is graphene sheet and/or carbon nano tube sheet. USE - Used as adsorption film. ADVANTAGE - The electric heating adsorption bed for low temperature system has uniform heating, strong adsorption capacity, fast desorption/adsorption rate, fast response speed, and better satisfy requirement of the adsorption refrigerator and heat switch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation method of the adsorption film; and (2) electric heating adsorption bed for low temperature system.
