NOVELTY - Green grouting material with high chlorine ion resistance, comprises 0.15 pts.wt. oxidized graphene, 400 pts.wt.cement, 100 pts.wt. fly ash, 5-8 pts.wt. accelerating agent and 400 pts.wt. water. USE - Green grouting material with high chlorine ion resistance used for reinforcing and anti-seepage underground grouting in coastal city. ADVANTAGE - The green grouting material has high chloride ion corrosion resistance, and effectively improves the durability of the grouting area and service life of the engineering. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of high anti-chlorine ion green grouting material, involves(1) adding cement, fly ash and accelerating agent into stirring pot to mix, mixing and stirring, at rotating speed of 100-140r/min, (2) adding oxidized graphene and ultrasonically dispersing in water for not less than 5 minutes, mixing uniformly, pouring into stirring pot; 3) firstly stirring for 120s at rotating speed of 100-140r/min, stirring for 120s at rotating speed of 250-285r/min, 4) pouring uniformly stirred slurry into 40 mm * 40 mm * 160mm triple test mold, putting on cement mortar vibrating table and vibrating for 120 times, after the sample is formed, putting into sodium chloride solution with concentration of 5 % to perform anti-chloride ion corrosion test, where anti-erosion coefficient is used to evaluate ability of grouting material anti-chloride ion erosion, erosion resistance coefficient.In formula: Kf= compression strength/anti-bending strength erosion coefficient; Fe= anti-pressing/anti-breaking strength value (MPa) after test piece is eroded; F0= anti-pressing/anti-bending strength (MPa) of corresponding age of erosion test piece under standard curing condition; and 5) performing anti-folding and compression strength test to sample corroded to certain age.
