NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing the graphene oxide filter cake in a solvent to obtain large-sized graphene oxide sheet slurry. The large-sized graphene oxide sheet slurry is micronized to obtain a small-sized graphene oxide sheet slurry. The graphene oxide slurry is obtained by mixing the small-sized graphene oxide sheet slurry with the large-sized graphene oxide sheet slurry. The graphene oxide slurry is coated on the substrate, and the graphene oxide film is obtained after drying. The graphene oxide film is subjected to two heat treatments to obtain a graphitized film. The graphitized film is pressed to obtain a graphene thermally conductive film. USE - Preparation method of highly ordered and dense graphene heat conducting film. ADVANTAGE - The edge effect of graphene is reduced and the structural integrity of grapheme is maintained. Large expansion of the graphene oxide film is effectively prevented during high temperature heat treatment, the density of the graphene thermal conductive film is increased, the crystal structure of the graphene thermal conductive film is improved, and the thermal conductivity of the graphene macroscopic material is improved.
